Lynda Carter, the American singer and actress popularly recognized for her role as Wonder Woman from the television show with the same name in the 1970s. Her appearances have been in a range of shows and films during her career and has become an icon in pop culture. In addition to her long acting career Lynda is credited with being the producer and star in five highly rated network TV shows for CBS several of which have been Emmy Award nominated.
